Данная статья посвещенна такому актуальному вопросу в уголовном процессе как определение понятия функций в уголовном процессе. Рассматриваются различные подходы национальных и зарубежных ученных к понятию функций уголовного процесса. На основе проведенного анализа предлагается авторское понятие функций в уголовном процессе.
