Maqolada huquqiy tartibda solishning yangi sharoitida tabiiy resurslar to‘g‘risidagi kadastr ma’lumotlarni shakllantirish va qo‘llash sohasida yuzaga keladigan ijtimoiy munosabatlarni huquqiy tartibda solish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. “Aqlli” va individual tartibda solish tushunchasi va xususiyatlari ochib berilgan va ularni ekologik axborot manbalaridan biri sifatida tabiiy resurslar kadastr ma’lumotlari bilan ishlash sohasida ushbu usulni qo‘llashning o‘ziga xos xusuxiyatlari tahlil qilingan.Tabiiy resurslar kadastr sohasida ushbu usulni qo‘llashning o‘ziga xoz xususiyatlarni tahlil qilingan.Tabiiy resurslar kadastr sohasida ushbu usulni qo‘llashning amaliy jihatlari Kadastr muhandislari instituti misolida va shartnoma asosida davlat reestridan ko‘chmas mulkka bo‘lgan huquqlar bo‘yicha ochiq ma’lumotlarning huquqiy holatini “aqlli” tartibga solishni qo‘llashning huquqiy asosi sifatida mustahkamlash ”Ekologik axborot to‘g‘risida” gi qonunni qabul qilish zarurligi asoslaydi.
