“GLOBAL FORUM ON MIGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT” AS A UNIVERSAL MECHANISM FOR PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF MIGRANTS

The article examines the goals and objectives of creating a global forum on migration and development as a consultative process for United Nations member and observer countries. As a result of analyzing the activities of the Global Forum, which serves as a platform for governments to systematically and comprehensively solve problems related to international migration and development, and studying the results of meetings and dialogues of government experts in all regions, the opinions of specialists and scientists on improving the activities of the forum were analyzed, and proposals were made and recommendations for the development of our country’s activities in this area.
