PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF TRANSPLANTATION AT THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVELS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the key problems arising in the process of legal regulation of transplantation both at the international and national levels. At the national level, the problems are the imperfection of the legislative framework, the presence of gaps and contradictions in the regulatory regulation of transplantation. In addition, difficulties in the practical implementation of existing laws and shortcomings in law enforcement practice are noted. At the international level, the main difficulties are related to the lack of uniform global standards and coordinated approaches to organ and tissue transplantation. Differences in national legislation create serious barriers to cross-border organ exchange, which requires more effective international cooperation and coordination in this area.
