COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF LABORATORY MARKERS IN PATIENTS WITH SILICOSIS WITH LOW AND PRESERVED LVEF

The article is devoted to the early diagnosis of disorders of the central and intracardiac hemodynamics in patients suffering from silicosis. Identification of the associated relationships of systemic inflammation with changes in the parameters of echocardiographic data and endothelial dysfunction. In the course of the study, a correlation analysis of the relationship between LV EF and various indicators characterizing pathogenetic changes in patients with silicosis was carried out, namely the activation of a systemic inflammatory response, which was reflected in the present study by the activity of myeloperoxidase, neutrophil elastase and the concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-alpha, interleukin-8 and the concentration of endothelin 1, reflecting the violation of the functional state of the endothelium.
