Maqola silikoz bilan og'rigan bemorlarda ekokardiyografik o'zgarishlarni, ya'ni ejeksiyon fraktsiyasini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Ehokardiyografik ma'lumotlar parametrlari va endotelial disfunktsiyaning o'zgarishi bilan tizimli yallig'lanishning bog'liq aloqalarini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot davomida LV EF va silikozli bemorlarda patogenetik o'zgarishlarni tavsiflovchi turli ko'rsatkichlar o'rtasidagi bog'liqlikning korrelyatsion tahlili o'tkazildi, ya'ni tizimli yallig'lanish reaktsiyasini faollashtirish, bu ushbu tadqiqotda faolligi bilan aks ettirilgan. miyeloperoksidaza, neytrofil elastaz va yallig'lanishga qarshi sitokinlar TNF-alfa, interleykin-8 konsentratsiyasi va endotelin 1 kontsentratsiyasi, endoteliyning funktsional holatining buzilishini aks ettiradi.
