Мақолада қонда оксипролин кўрсаткичи бўйича коллаген метаболизмининг ҳолати, касалликнинг оғирлиги ва натижасини баҳолаш учун унинг клиник аҳамияти, ўткир обструктив бронхит ва бронхиолит билан касалланган эрта ёшдаги болаларда даво самарадорлиги мезонлари тўғрисидаги маълумотлар келтирилган. Муаллиф қон плазмасидаги эркин ва оқсил билан боғланган оксипролин даражасини аниқлашни тавсия қилади. Унинг ортиши бронх-ўпка аппаратининг деструкция даражасини акс эттиради. Иммуномодулиннинг асосий даволанишга киритилиши, даво самарадорлигини оширишга ва даволаш муддатини қисқартиришга ёрдам беради.
