STUDYING THE LIFE AND WORK OF ALISHER NAVOI IN SAMARKAND

This article tells about the life and work of the great thinker Alisher Navoi in Samarkand. In addition, literary scholars and historians present various explanations for the reasons for Alisher Navoi’s visit to Samarkand, the attitude of academician Vahid Abdullayev to this issue, and the views of his student Baturkhan Valikhojaev on Alisher Navoi and Samarkand. In addition, in the article, literary critic Dilorom Salokhiy, in the article “The House of Abulai” from the work “Thoughtful and Classical Poetry,” said: “The Abulai family was active in Samarkand in the second half of the 15th century, prominent in the field of science and literature. His representative was Khoja Fazlullah Abulaisi. There is very little information about this noble man. However, in the sources Khoja Fazlullah Abulaisiy is mentioned as “one of the great Movarunnahr”. He was one of the most important scholars under Mirza Ulugbek, so Khwaja Fazlullah Abulaisy visited Shahrukh Mirza several times along with Mirza Ulugbek and stayed there for two months. Including his thoughts that he met and became acquainted with Giyosidin Bahadir (father of Alisher Navoi).
