Modik o'zgarishlar - magnit-rezonans tomografiya (MRG) bilan aniqlangan suyak iligi shishi, yog 'degeneratsiyasi yoki osteoskleroz ko'rinishidagi umurtqa va uning tashqi qobig’idagi patologik o'zgarishlar. Maqolada ushbu kasallikning patogenezi, tasnifi, klinik ko'rinishlari va davolash bo'yicha zamonaviy ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Klinik rasmda Modicdagi o'zgarishlar bel sohasidagi tarafdagi surunkali nonspesifik og'riqlar bilan namoyon bo'ladi, bu tashxisda qiyinchiliklarga olib keladi va konservativ va jarrohlik yo'li bilan davolash qiyin. Bugungi kunga qadar u yoki bu davolash usulining samaradorligi bo'yicha konsensus yo'q va shuning uchun ushbu kasallikni davolash uchun qabul qilingan protokollar mavjud emas.
