Ушбу тадқиқотнинг мақсади – умуртқа поғонаси кўкрак-бел ўтиш қисмидаги беқарор шикастланишларида қисқа сегментли мустаҳкамлашнинг самарадорлигини баҳолашдан иборат. Мақолада 2023–2024 йилларда шикастланган умуртқаларни қисқа сегментли мустаҳкамлаш амалиёти ўтказилган 32 бемор таҳлил қилинди. Орқа мия декомпрессияси фақат неврологик дефицит мавжуд бўлган ҳолларда бажарилди. Функционал ва радиологик натижалар VAS (Og‘riqni vizual analog shkalasi) ва ASIA (American Spinal Injury Association) шкалалари асосида баҳоланди. Неврологик бузилиш тўлиқ бўлмаган беморларда яхшиланиш кузатилди. Кузатув даврида умуртқа тана баландлигининг сезиларли йўқотилиши аниқланмади. Ушбу усул самарали барқарорлаш, сегментал кифозни тўғрилаш ва умуртқа баландлигини сақлаш имконини берди.
