Subclinical hypothyroidism is a widespread endocrine disorder that often remains undiagnosed. The latent course of this condition, especially its manifestation through neurological symptoms, has garnered increasing attention in clinical practice. This study examined the prevalence of neurological disorders, as well as their distribution by age and gender, in a cohort of 80 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism. According to the results, at least one neurological symptom was identified in 76% of the patients, with the most common being headache (48%), paresthesia (42%), and insomnia (39%). The majority of these symptoms were observed in women aged 31–50 years. These findings provide a basis for developing new approaches to early detection of subclinical hypothyroidism through neurological symptoms.
