Abstract

The article presents the results of a correlation analysis aimed at identifying the structure of interrelationships and pathogenetic patterns of neurological manifestations in spinal pathology. The study established the presence of a structured network of correlations between clinical symptoms and the levels of key biochemical markers. The key scientific result was the identification of two interconnected but relatively independent pathogenetic processes: degenerative (MMP-mediated) and inflammatory-neuropathic (CRP/IL-6-mediated). The obtained data convincingly confirm the necessity of a comprehensive assessment of patients, taking into account both indicated components of pathology.
