THE ANALYSES OF PITUITARY HORMONES AT PATIENTS WITH CRANIOPHARYNGIOMA

Clinical displays of craniopharyngiomas basically characterized by common brain symptoms, visual and hormonal infringements. In our work the analysis of hormonal infringements at patients with craniopharyngiomas is carried out. As a result of research it has been established, that only detailed analysis of hypophyses hormones can reveal their deficiency, in the absence of clinical displays. The immediate hormonal therapy in pre and postoperative period favorably influences outcomes of surgical treatment.
