THE ROLE OF ANTI-AGGREGATE THERAPY IN THE COMPLEX TREATMENT OF TRANSITOR-ISCHEMIC ATTACKS AND IN THE PREVENTION OF ISCHEMIC STROKE IN MIA EMPLOYEES
Keywords:
transient ischemic attack, cardiomagnil, ischemic stroke, preventionAbstract
72 patients were examined, group 1 - with transient ischemic attacks (TIA) (42 patients) and the second group – patients who had an ischemic stroke (AI) and had a history of TIA (30 patients). Transcranial Dopplerography, ultrasound dopplerography of brachiocephalic vessels with duplex scanning, and blood coagulation parameters were performed. Clopidogrel was prescribed at a dosage of 75 mg 1 time per day. The most common causes of TIA development were occlusive BCA lesions in combination with violations of the rheological properties of blood. On the background of antiplatelet therapy with Clopidogrel, there was a positive dynamics of rheological properties of blood, more pronounced in patients with TIA, compared with patients who underwent AI on the background of TIA.
