Maqolada neyroxirurgik amaliyotda ko’krak va bel umurtqalari shikastlanishlarini zamonaviy jarrohlik davolashning dolzarbligi ta'kidlangan. Orqa miya harakat segmentining zararlanish xususiyati va mexanizmini baholashga va shikastlanish darajasida orqa miyaning haqiqiy holatini aniqlashga e'tibor qaratildi. Respublika shoshilinch tibbiy yordam ilmiy markazining Buxoro filiali neyroxirurgiya bo‘limida 2015 - 2018 yillar davomida 45 nafar umurtqa pog‘onasi ko‘krak va bel qismining turli jarohatlari bilan xirurgik davolash natijalari tahlil qilindi. Operatsiyadan oldingi va keyingi davrda umurtqa harakat segmentini barqarorlashtirishdan keyin klinik va nevrologik holatning qiyosiy tahlili o’tkazildi.
