Ushbu maqolada anamnezida travma tarixi bo'lmagan progressiv ravishda ortib borayotgan bo`yin miyelopatiyasi alomatlari bilan namoyon bo'lgan asoratlangan distopik Os odontoideum aniqlangan 35 yoshli ayolning davolash natijalari tahlil qilingan. Tekshiruvlar natijasida atlanto- aksiyal beqarorlik aniqlandi va bemorda orqa tomonlama C1-C2 stabilizatsiyasi o'tkazish bemor holatini yaxshilanishiga olib keldi. Distopic Os odontoideumni tashxislash va davolash usullari muhokama qilindi va adabiyotlar sharhi o'tkazildi.
