КЛИНИКО-НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ И ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ПРЕЭКЛАМПСИИ

Преэклампсия (ПЭ) — мультисистемное осложнение беременности, которое остаётся одной из ведущих причин материнской и перинатальной смертности. Заболевание характеризуется сочетанием артериальной гипертензии и поражением органов-мишеней, среди которых особое значение имеет головной мозг. Современные исследования свидетельствуют, что ПЭ и эклампсия связаны не только с острыми осложнениями, но и с долговременными цереброваскулярными последствиями. В статье приведены данные о частоте ПЭ в разных странах и регионах, включая Узбекистан, где её распространённость варьирует от 8 до 25%. Подробно описаны неврологические осложнения ПЭ, среди которых синдром задней обратимой энцефалопатии (PRES), синдром обратимой церебральной вазоконстрикции (RCVS), ишемический и геморрагический инсульт, тромбоз венозных синусов
