Although there have been many studies on MR-tractography, not enough attention has been given in the literature to the visualization of visual pathways in patients with optochiasmal arachnoiditis. The following presents a clinical case that demonstrates the use of MR-tractography and successful treatment of a patient with this condition.
Purpose: To analyze the effectiveness of MR-tractography in the diagnosis and treatment of opticochiasmal arachnoiditis.
