Мақолада спондилодисцитнинг клиник намоён бўлиши, ташхислаш хусусиятлари ва даволаш ёндашувларининг комплекс таҳлили келтирилган. Замонавий маълумотларни тизимлаштириш асосида касалликнинг асосий кечиш вариантлари кўриб чиқилган, асосий ташхисий мезонлар ва оптимал терапевтик стратегиялар аниқланган. Ўз вақтида ташхислаш муаммолари ва оптимал даволаш тактикасини танлашга алоҳида эътибор қаратилган. Уларнинг информативлиги ва амалий аҳамиятини баҳолаш билан замонавий ташхислаш усуллари тақдим этилган. Консерватив терапия ва жарроҳлик усулларини ўз ичига олган турли хил даволаш ёндашувлари таҳлил қилинган. Беморларни олиб боришнинг оптимал тактикасини танлаш мезонлари ва касаллик прогнозига таъсир қилувчи омиллар аниқланган. Даволаш натижаларини яхшилаш ва асоратларнинг олдини олишга қаратилган спондилодисцитни ташхислаш ва даволаш бўйича амалий тавсиялар ишлаб чиқилган.
