Miyasteniya -bu mushaklarning kuchsizligi va charchoq bilan tavsiflangan otoimmün kasallik bo'lib, ular jismoniy mashqlar bilan kuchayadi va dam olish bilan kamayadi. Miyasteniyani aniq aniqlash va tashxislash murakkab yondashuvni talab qiladigan murakkab vazifadir. Nevrologik va klinik parametrlar diagnostika jarayonida asosiy rol o'ynaydi, bu shifokorga o'ziga xos simptomlarni aniqlash va boshqa patologik sharoitlar bilan differentsial tashxis qo'yish imkonini beradi.
