Travmatik leptomeningeal kista yoki o‘sib boruvchi bosh suyagi sinishi kamdan-kam uchraydigan kasallik bo‘lib, asosan bolalik davrida uchraydi. Kattalarda leptomeningeal kistalarning namoyon bo‘lishi ko‘pincha bolalikdagi jarohatlar bilan bog‘liq. Patologiyaning kam uchrashi, shikastlanishning bosh suyagidagi joylashuvi va jarrohlik xususiyatlariga qarab klinik ko‘rinishlarning o‘ziga xosligi davolash natijalarini yaxshilash uchun qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlarni talab qiladi. Biz epileptogenez va uni jarrohlik yo‘li bilan hal qilish masalasiga to‘xtaldik, chunki bemorning asosiy shikoyatlari dori terapiyasiga javob bermagan epileptik tutqanoqlar edi. Klinik xolatga oid ma’lumotlar. Epileptik tutqanoq bilan og‘rigan 21 yoshli bemorda davolanmagan progressiv bosh suyagi sinishi bor edi, u taxminan 20 yil davomida alomatsiz qoldi. Neyrovizualizatsiyada miyaning ikkilamchi shikastlanishi va gliozga olib keladigan miya churrasi aniqlandi. Elektroensefalografiya shikastlangan sohada epileptik ajralmani aniqladi. Kattalardagi leptomeningeal kista kamdan-kam uchraydigan holat bo‘lib, har qanday yoshda aniqlanishi mumkin. Epilepsiyani davolashda ensefaloliz va gliyalarni olib tashlash bilan jarrohlik davolash ajoyib natijalarga ega.
