ISHEMIK INSULTDA KOGNITIV BUZULISHLAR

Miya qon-tomir kasalliklari, ularning tarqalishi, asoratlari va o'lim darajasi tufayli dunyoning ko'plab mamlakatlarida dolzarb tibbiy va ijtimoiy muammolardan biri bo'lib qolmoqda. O'zbekistonda miya qon tomir kasalligi bilan og'rigan bemorlar soni juda ko`p - har yili bosh miyya insulti bilan 40-45 ming holati qayd etiladi.
Tadqiqotimizning maqsadi ishemik insult bilan og'rigan bemorlarda kognitiv buzilishning jinsiga va yoshiga qarab qarab klinikkrchish chastotasini, xarakteri va variantlarini o'rganishdir.
Shunday qilib, miqdoriy va sifat jihatidan aniqlangan kognitiv tanqislik keksa yoshdagi bemorlarda ustunlik qiladi va biz buni oldindan sezgining buzilishi sifatida ko'rib chiqishga imkon beradi. Kognitiv tanqislikning ko'p hollarda ayollarda uchraydi.
