##article.abstract##

Sharhda insultni kasalxonagacha bosqichda aniqlashda FAST shkalasi va modifikatsiyalari (BE-FAST, FAST-ED), glial fibrillyar nordon oqsil (GFAP) hamda D-dimerning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. GFAP intraserebral qon quyilishni yuqori oʻziga xoslik bilan koʻrsatadi, D-dimer yirik tomir okklyuziyasi, etiologiya va prognoz bilan bogʻliq. Uchala komponentni birga qoʻllash triaj aniqligini oshiradi, ammo neyrovizualizatsiya oʻrnini bosmaydi.
