Maqola qandli diabet fonida rivojlanayotgan kognitiv disfunktsiya muammolariga bag'ishlangan. Etiopatogenezning xususiyatlari haqidagi zamonaviy g'oyalar taqdim etilgan bo'lib, ularning muhim tomoni terapevtik yondashuvdagi optimal davolash usullari hisoblanadi. Qandli diabet bilan og'rigan bemorlarning qon tomiridagi distiruktiv o'zgarishlar, bosh miya qon aylanishi holatining o'zgarishlaridan keyin kognitiv funktsiyalarning buzilishi, psixoemotsional holatga va hayot sifatiga ta'siri baholanadi. Tahlil standartlashtirilgan guruhlarga bo'lingan 708 bemorni davolash natijalarini o'z ichiga oldi, Curantil (dipiridamol) qabul qiluvchi va boshqa antiagregantlarini olganlar bo'yicha statistik tahlillar analiz qilindi.
