O'SMIRLARNING KOVIDDAN KEYINGI SINDROMIDA NEVROLOGIK STATUSNING XUSUSIYATLARI

COVID-19 infektsiyasini o'tkazgan o'smirlarning klinik tekshiruvi COVIDdan keyingi sindromning mavjudligini aniqladi: keyingi 6 oy ichida tez-tez o'tkir respiratorli infektsiyalar
va tonzillit, charchoq va zaiflik, uyqu buzilishi, ta'm va hidning uzoq vaqt yo'qolishi. Post-kovid sindromi bo'lgan o'smirlarda vegetativ ohangning simpatik yo'nalishi ustunlik qiladi. Vegetativ buzilishlar namoyon bo'lishining turli darajadagi zo'ravonliklarining 74% da va asteno-nevrotik sindromning 66% da. Instrumental tadqiqotlardagi o'zgarishlar: aritmiya, ekokardiyografiyada blokada, o'pkaning kompyuter tomografiyasida pnevmoniyaning qoldiq ta'siri, qorin bo'shlig'ining ultratovush tekshiruvida jigar kengayishi va mezenterial limfadenopatiya.
