Homiladorlikni rejalashtirish epileptik sindrom uchun eng muhim davr hisoblanadi. Homilador ayollarda epilepsiya tutilishining oldini olish uchun tanani tayyorlash kerak. Epilepsiya bilan homilador bo'lish va tug'ish faqat doimiy remissiya davrida mumkin. Kamdan kam hujumlar, olti oyda bir martadan ko'p bo'lmagan holda, bunday davr deb hisoblanishi mumkin.
