SARS-Cov-2 ning yangi shtammidan kelib chiqqan koronavirus pandemiyasi sog‘liq uchun uzoq muddatli oqibatlarga olib keldi. COVID-19 ning asosiy belgilari isitma, yo‘tal, miyalgiya, bosh og‘rig‘i, tomoq og‘rig‘i sifatida tavsiflanadi, bu o‘tkir holatlarda o‘tkir respirator distress sindromi, "sitokin bo‘roni" va ko‘p organ yetishmovchiligiga olib kelishi mumkin, bu yesa o‘limga olib keladi. Yaqinda o‘tkazilgan meta-tahlil shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ko‘z belgilarining tarqalishi 5% ga yetadi, 28% hatto COVID-19 ning tizimli alomatlarisiz ham sodir bo‘ladi.
