The article analyzes the role of the main institutions of society in increasing the social and political activity of citizens, the state and political system, as well as how the achievement of the indicator of the existence of civil society occurs in new societies, the fact that civil society has a number of self-representing characteristics, in particular , active positive activity and the role of work in the system of society and individual needs have a special meaning, the decision of the system of social needs and interests based on work, the content of society, the essence of its development laws are determined through private ownership relations, the development of private property along with all forms of property and the special role of the law and state power in its protection, the legal status of citizens and their equality before the law, the establishment of a fair judicial system in society and its transformation into a watchdog office protecting citizens have been sociologically analyzed . The author defines social institutions in society, in particular civil society institutions, changes in the activity of its forms, on the basis of different views on the process of their transformation. social relations in society, in particular civil society and the impact of changes specific to its forms on state and community management.
