FACTORS OF THE NECESSITY OF SOCIAL MANAGEMENT IN STATE AND SOCIETY RELATIONS (SOCIOLOGICAL APPROACH)

The article reveals new trends characteristic of management in modern society and the state, in particular, an analysis of the need for social management from a sociological point of view. The processes of modernization and transformation, first of all, change people's views, make serious changes in their relations with the state and society. In developed countries, views on the role of social leaders in society are subject to scientific study and analysis. At the same time, it is emphasized that social management is necessary not only in the case of a specific organization, but also for the whole society, and that it is one of the factors of political stability of the state. Practical aspects of the process from a sociological point of view, the possibilities of improving management are scientifically studied.
