THE ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN IMPROVING THE SOCIO-SPIRITUAL ENVIRONMENT

This article analyzes the role and significance of civil society institutions in improving the socio-spiritual environment from a sociological perspective. In particular, it examines the participation of non-governmental non-profit organizations, mass media, the mahalla institution, and public associations in ensuring social stability, strengthening moral values, and fostering an active civic position among the population. The functions of these institutions in exercising social control, shaping public opinion, and enhancing interaction between the state and society are also explored. Based on the research findings, scientific conclusions and practical recommendations have been developed aimed at increasing the effectiveness of civil society institutions in ensuring the sustainable development of the socio-spiritual environment.
