THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION AND DIGITAL EDUCATION ON HUMAN POTENTIAL

This article provides a comprehensive scientific and practical analysis of the role of digitalization processes and digital education in the development of human potential. It examines how the integration of digital technologies into the education system improves the quality of learning and contributes to the formation of intellectual, social, and professional competencies. The study highlights the role of information technologies in expanding access to knowledge and supporting personal development. Particular attention is given to the development of independent learning, creative, and critical thinking skills. In addition to the advantages of digital education, the article analyzes its challenges and limitations and proposes effective solutions. It emphasizes that these processes contribute to the growth of human capital and have a positive impact on societal development. Therefore, digital education remains highly relevant today. The article also analyzes the state policy, laws, and strategies of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at developing digital education.
