Using systemic, institutional-legal, comparative, and content analysis methods, the study explores the interrelationship between information received from the public, parliamentary oversight, accountability, monitoring, and feedback. As a result of the study, a conceptual model integrating public participation and parliamentary oversight into a unified social control cycle has been developed. This model encompasses the stages of problem identification, information transmission, institutional oversight, implementation of appropriate measures, monitoring, and feedback to the public. The article puts forward proposals to strengthen transparency, information exchange, accountability, and feedback mechanisms in order to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts.
