SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SMALL TOWNS IN UZBEKISTAN THROUGH THE PRISM OF "ORAL HISTORY"

Abstract

The author analyzes the typologies of life and lifestyles in small towns in this. Relying on practical sociological results, the past, present, and future aspects of small towns in the conditions of Uzbekistan are examined from a sociological point of view. In the process of historical evolution of urban formation, attention is paid to the dynamics of social legislation of urbanization of the population. The level of influence of natural and social factors on the development of cities and sociological forecast of interaction of people in urban areas are analyzed. The sociological analysis of adaptation of people to the existing social and economic environment at transformation of forms of urbanization in local and global features, processes of civilization and its role in life of modern small towns, their interaction with the social environment is disclosed. In the article the population is measured by the possibilities of sociological research methods in the assessment of socio-economic opportunities of small towns.
