Abstract

The article describes the activities of local governments, political institutions and councils, which exercise public control in the developed countries of the world, as well as the activities of public associations established on a regulatory basis on public initiative. It includes the powers vested in them by the state, their active participation in government and public administration, the independence of such associations from the state and government agencies, as well as the rights of low-income families, large families and the disabled. , methodological, organizational and financial assistance, as well as their work in solving problems related to the social protection of persons with disabilities. In this regard, the importance of the experience of foreign countries, mutual cooperation and exchange of experience in the implementation of public control in our country is described.
