SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF YOUTH LEADERS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the professional activity of youth leaders of higher educational institutions. The article provides information on the spiritual and educational education of students based on the activities of youth leaders, the realization of their potential, preparation for life in order to achieve a high position in the future, the formation of a comprehensive culture. It refers to various aspects of the activities of leaders in the implementation of such goals as the moral and psychological protection of students, providing them with socially useful knowledge, skills and abilities, especially when performing tasks to ensure the long-term development of the state. The article deals with the social aspects of the activities of leaders who guide the formation of the necessary knowledge and skills of students, as well as protection from factors that prevent them from receiving a quality education.
