DEVELORMENT OF HUMAN CARITAL - A FACTOR OF SOCIAL STABILITY AND RROGRESS

This article reflects the concepts of human capital development and its main purpose, as well as the impact of human capital on the economy. In the development of human capital and ensuring the achievement of sustainable development, based on the case method, social factors and opportunities for the formation of functional (explicit) and dysfunctional (hidden) factors that make up human potential are identified. Social relations as a determinant of human capital is a pragmatic sociocultural indicator that ensures the integrity of complex indicators that unite social dimensions in society (income, education, health, spiritual and educational, knowledge of information, knowledge of foreign languages, cultural leisure and recreation, self-expression). The role of the main agent of socialization in the comprehensive development of human capital, social action, social relations, long and healthy life, and standards of well-being is substantiated.
