MATHEMATICAL AND STATISTICAL FACTORS OF INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN UNIVERSITIES

One of the most important aspects of studying and analyzing socio-economic factors affecting the effectiveness of the teaching staff is determining the significance of the influence of certain factors on the efficiency indicator. In practice, this is very difficult. The task is simplified if it is possible to use the method of dispersion analysis, which is one of the sections of mathematical statistics. When analyzing factors affecting labor productivity, it is important to determine the significance of their content in the totality. Increasing the productivity of employees is always an important management task facing an effective manager. This fully applies to professors and teachers of higher education institutions, who play an important role in the formation of the country's intellectual resources. Economic and statistical models describe and reproduce real economic systems in a formalized form, simulating their behavior in a changing environment. The significance of various factors was determined by a calculation method.
