FACTORS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF SMALL TOWNS AT THE PRESENT TIME

This article is devoted to the factors of development of social infrastructure of small towns, history of their study. At the same time, efforts were made to highlight the social significance of issues of effective integration and sustainable development in the structure of the environment, cultural life of small towns, aesthetic, historical, scientific, social or spiritual values left to past, present and future generations, in the management of social infrastructure. The article also analyzes theoretical views on this topic. Particular attention is paid to highlighting the role and importance of small towns in socio-economic life, development of the country, health care, social policy, social assistance.
