SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESSES OF TRAINING SOCIAL WORK PERSONNEL IN THE FIELD OF PROVISION OF SOCIAL SERVICES

This article distinguishes three stages of evolution in the development of social work. The first stage is represented by the decision of social work as a profession. The second phase is represented by the transformation of the social work profession into a social institution in North America and Europe in the 20th century. The third stage is represented by the spread of social work around the world. The evolution of the development of the field of social work is illuminated, reflecting theories and approaches in this regard. Therefore, the activities related to the qualitative training of social workers in the field of social service to the population and the training of social work personnel in the new Uzbekistan have been completed, and the shortcomings and achievements in this field have been taken into account by sociological research.
