ВЛИЯНИЕ ФАКТОРА САМОСОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ (SELF-MANAGEMENT) НА РАЗВИТИЕ ГРУППОВОЙ ДИНАМИКИ

The article analyzes the role of self-management skills in the development of group dynamics based on a study of 250 young participants. Conducted in 2024 across 4 Uzbek higher education institutions and youth centers, the research examines how individual discipline and emotional intelligence impact team cohesion. Results demonstrate that in groups with high self-management, 78% of conflicts are resolved through collaboration, and task efficiency improves by 15-20%. The research findings serve as a practical foundation for enhancing the professional competence of future specialists. The study provides scientific and practical recommendations for optimizing group development stages and fostering a facilitative management culture among youth. This research highlights the critical mechanisms of human capital formation within a modern digital and social environment.
