“NEIGHBORHOOD SEVEN” – AS A NEW MECHANISM OF IMPROVING SOCIAL RELATIONS IN SOCIETY (SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS)

Abstract

In the article, it is stated that the neighborhood “five” system, which has been working effectively until today, will now include a tax collector and a social worker in the citizen's self-governing body, and work in the “seven” style. It has been scientifically studied to help mobilization. At the same time, the prospective possibilities of the work to be carried out in the timely and effective solution of the problems of the neighborhood, to unify, coordinate and direct the efforts of the representatives of the state bodies and organizations in the neighborhoods, to increase the financial capabilities of the neighborhood, to ensure the targeted and targeted direction of other funds, have been scientifically analyzed from a sociological point of view.
