Maqolada hadisiy merosning ijtimoiy me’yorlar va sanksiyalarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot sabab–oqibat metodologiyasi asosida olib borilib, Imom al-Buxoriy “Al-jome’ as-sahih” asaridagi hadislar asosida jamiyatda birdamlik, adolat va axloqiy qadriyatlarning mustahkamlanishi o‘rganiladi. Ushbu maqolada me’yorlar va ularning turlari hamda ularning ijtimoiy kapital bilan aloqadorligi, madaniy kontekstdagi bog‘liqligiga alohida urg‘u berilgan. Shuningdek, E.Dyurkgeymning kollektiv ong nazariyasi, M.Veberning ijtimoiy harakat konsepsiyasi, T.Parsonsing ijtimoiy tizim nazariyasi va P.Burdyening ramziy kapital tushunchasi bilan hadislarning qiyosiy tahlili amalga oshiriladi. Natijada hadisiy meros nafaqat diniy, balki sotsiologik va ijtimoiy barqarorlikni ta’minlovchi kuch sifatida talqin qilinadi.
