Abstract

This article analyzes the sociological features of developing creative and critical thinking competencies in young leaders within the context of modern social processes. In particular, the influence of the social environment, education system, organizational culture, and digital transformation processes on these competencies is comprehensively examined. The key factors affecting the formation of independent decision-making, innovative approaches, and analytical thinking skills among young leaders are identified. Additionally, the impact of creative and critical thinking on effectiveness in modern management conditions is scientifically substantiated. The article also presents practical approaches and recommendations aimed at developing these competencies. As a result, the opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency through strengthening the intellectual potential of young leaders are justified.
