THE THEORETICAL ESSENCE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MECHANISMS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE STATE AND SOCIETY

Abstract

The changes and scientific and technological progress taking place in our world also directly affect the main sphere of our life - the interaction of the state and society. With the development of history, this area has undergone a radical transformation. This article examines the theoretical approaches, the views of classical scientists about the state and society, public administration. The process of transformation of state-social relations from the early slave-owning system to modern capitalist society are shown. In addition, descriptions of the forms and methods of interaction between government and the population are provided. Mass media are considered as the dominant mechanism of influence on public consciousness, public relations and government. In conclusion, e-government is indicated as a new stage in the formation of mechanisms of interaction between government bodies and the population
