ROLE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN PUBLIC LIFE OF THE WORLD AND CIS STATES

Abstract

The article examines the role of the electronic document management system in the public life of the world and the CIS countries, the most popular programs being developed and legal documents adopted by states, the influence of electronic document management systems on the development of states. The mechanisms of interdepartmental electronic document management in these countries, control, the role of government in this, in particular, the main strategic indicators of ICT development in the EU countries and global spending on information technology are analyzed. In the conditions of modern information exchange, the role and importance of the world ICT market in the processes of globalization, methods of managing segments of communication services and information technology are described. In conclusion, proposals are presented for the priority development of existing electronic document management systems in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
