DEVELOPMENT OF REGULATORY FUNCTIONS IN INCREASE OF HUMAN VALUE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of the regulatory functions of the social state in increasing human value. Also, Eastern thinkers Khorazmi, Farabi, Al-Bukhari, At-Termizi, Beruni, Ibn Sina, Najmuddin Kubra, Yassawi, Naqshbandi, Ulug'bek, Nawai, Mashrab, Bedil, Behbudi, Awlani, as well as Western thinkers also contributed to the studies of theoretical aspects of human value.
In terms of the theoretical study of the topic, the concept of "social state" has been studied from a scientific point of view, such points as what is the social state, what are its manifestations, the signs and functions of the social state, its difference from socialism, the concept of the social state, today's social states, the personality of the social state and its the place in his life, the signs and functions of the social state are revealed. At the same time, on the basis of the democratic reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan in recent years, the practical aspects of increasing human dignity and the regulatory functions of the social state have been revealed.
