##article.abstract##

Maqolada in vitro sharoitida O'rta Osiyo hududida o'sadigan Lagochilus inebriansining mikroklonal dispersiyasini joriy etish natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqot materiallari sifatida biz laboratoriya sharoitida urug' materiallaridan o'stirilgan Lagochilus inebrians o'simliklaridan foydalanganmiz. Lagochilus inebriansining steril kulturalarini olish uchun har xil turdagi antiseptiklardan foydalangan holda ko'p bosqichli sterilizatsiya namunalaridan foydalanish kerak. Kultivatsiya uchun eng maqbul natija - bu generativ o’sish cho'qqisi ekanligi aniqlandi. Ekzogen sitokininlarning yuqori kontsentratsiyasi mavjud bo'lganda, adventiv o’sish induksiyasi paydo bo'ladi.
