СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ВЫЯВЛЕНИЮ АРТРОЗА НА РАННИХ СТАДИЯХ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЭТОГО ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯ

Введение: Остеоартроз – широко распространенное заболевание суставов, требующее эффективных методов ранней диагностики и лечения. Данное исследование посвящено оценке эффективности протеза синовиальной жидкости в лечении гонартроза с использованием МРТ и артроскопии.
Методы: В исследовании приняли участие 86 пациентов с гонартрозом. Оценка состояния суставного хряща проводилась с использованием артроскопических и МРТ-критериев. Пациенты были разделены на экспериментальную и контрольную группы, где в первой применялся препарат Синвиск, а во второй – глюкокортикоиды.
Результаты: Выявлено положительное влияние Синвиска на состояние суставного хряща на стадиях гипергидратации и начальных дехондральных изменений. Через 12 месяцев у 51,6% пациентов отмечено полное восстановление хряща. Симптоматический эффект сохранялся дольше, чем в контрольной группе.
Выводы: Применение Синвиска на ранних стадиях гонартроза обладает значительным симптоматическим и хондропротекторным эффектом. МРТ и артроскопия доказали свою эффективность в выявлении ранних стадий артроза.
