ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ И ЛАБОРАТОРНЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ У БОЛЬНЫХ ЦИРРОЗОМ ПЕЧЕНИ ВИРУСНОЙ ЭТИОЛОГИИ

Цирроз печени (ЦП) - распространенное хроническое прогрессирующее заболевание печени, характеризующееся диффузным фиброзом, образованием псевдодольков и в конечном итоге портальной гипертензией, печеночной недостаточностью или гепатоцеллюлярной карциномой (ГЦК) [1]. Основными причинами цирроза печени являются хроническая инфекция вируса гепатита B (HBV) или вируса гепатита C (HCV), которые поражают около 296 и 170 миллионов человек соответственно во всем мире [2,3]. В данном научном исследовании изучены клинико-лабораторные изменения в зависимости от тяжести заболевания у больных ЦП HBV и HCV этиологии. В исследовании приняли участие 39 пациентов HBV ЦП и 26 пациентов HCV ЦП. В зависимости от тяжести заболевания отмечали изменения клинических признаков и показателей лабораторной диагностики [4,5].
