The Ferghana Valley occupies an important place in the study of Stone Age workshops in Central Asia. In the 60-70th of the last century, a Paleolithic Kopchigay was discovered and studied in the depths of Dangidara, which belongs to the Olay range. Raw materials were extracted from the silica deposits here in an open way and stone weapons were made. Many Mousterian and stone products of the Late Paleolithic period were collected from the foothills of Kopchigay. This article will focus on the cultural identity of the stone-cutting workshops of the Kopchigay workshop. The conclusions were made using modern methods and a new approach to writing the article.
